Return Policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition.

For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service at the email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer service at sophia@studiosophia.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect its condition, we will review and approve your refund request. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the date we receive your item for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
