Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be extended.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 12 business days before contacting us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at sophia@studiosophia.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
